Throughout my career, I have worked with newcomers, permanent residents, internationally trained professionals, youth, seniors and individuals facing multiple barriers to employment.
My experience includes comprehensive client intake and needs assessment, one-on-one career counselling, employment action planning, resume development, interview preparation, labour market research, employer outreach, referrals and post-placement support.
I believe effective employment services go beyond simply helping someone find a job. The goal is to help people understand their abilities, recognize realistic opportunities and make informed decisions about their future.
